Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchased, without having to inform us about the reason you want to return them, within fourteen days (14) from the date you received them, according to the article 3e of the Greek Law 2251/1994.

In this case, you are charged only with the direct shipping costs of returning the products.

In case of return or change of the order, for orders concerning countries outside the European Union, you are obliged to bear all the customs charges, otherwise the shipment will not be accepted by the company and will be returned to you.

Returns are only accepted if the products you wish to return are in the same condition in which you received them and are accompanied by the retail receipt.

Prerequisite for the return of the product is:

i. Not to be used.

ii. Not to have any internal or external damage

iii. To be in its original packaging with proof of purchase.

Important Note: For the category of Smart Watches, no withdrawal can be made if the watch is connected to any electronic device (mobile phone, etc.).

After the return of the products, your refund will be completed within 14 days, from the date you will notify us of your withdrawal and if we have received the products within the specified period.

In case you have prepaid part of the amount for the reservation of the product, you have not received it yet and you withdraw within the above period (14 days), the company is obliged to return the amount of the deposit within 14 days, from the date you will notify us of your withdrawal. If the withdrawal takes place after the 14 days, the company is not obliged to return the amount of the deposit.
