Product Returns

Returns of Products:

You have the right to return the products you have purchased, without being required to provide any justification, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the applicable legislation (Law 2251/1994 on consumer protection).

In case of withdrawal, you are charged only with the direct cost of returning the products, namely the shipping costs charged by the respective courier company.

You have the option to choose any courier company you wish for returning the product (postal services are excluded), bearing the relevant shipping cost.

Return conditions:

Returns are accepted only if the products:

· Have not been used.

· Do not show any damage or alterations.

· Are in their original packaging.

· Are accompanied by the purchase receipt.

Special terms:

For orders outside the European Union, in case of return or exchange, any customs charges are borne exclusively by the customer. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.

Important note:

For Smart Watches, the right of withdrawal is not applicable if the device has been connected or activated with any electronic device (e.g. mobile phone).

Refunds:

Refunds are completed within fourteen (14) business days from the date on which the company receives and inspects the returned products.

Deposits:

In case a deposit has been paid for the reservation of a product and the withdrawal is made within fourteen (14) days, the company proceeds with the refund of the amount within fourteen (14) days from the date of notification of the withdrawal.

In case the withdrawal is made after the above period, the company reserves the right not to refund the deposit.

For any return or exchange of a product, prior communication with our online store is required.

Returns made without prior notice may not be accepted.
