Payment Methods

For your convenience, timecentershop.gr offers 5 payment methods:

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery* is available via the courier company that delivers your order.

• For orders with a total amount below €70, a COD fee of €1.50 applies.
• For orders over €70, COD is free of charge.
• Cash on Delivery is not available for shipments outside Greece.

For security reasons and to ensure safe transactions, COD is available for orders up to €300.

For orders of higher value, payment must be completed via bank transfer, card, or another electronic payment method.

Your order will be confirmed via phone or written communication with our customer service team. Once confirmed, your order will be shipped within 2–3 business days. Product reservation beyond this period is not possible.

The customer is obliged to receive their order within the timeframe defined by the courier company and to pay the corresponding amount if Cash on Delivery has been selected. In case of refusal to receive the order or failure of the courier company to contact the customer for a period of up to 6 business days, the order will be returned to the company. In this case, the customer will be charged shipping and return costs, amounting to €10.

After selecting your product and placing it in your cart, choose payment via bank transfer. Then proceed with the deposit to one of the above accounts, stating your full name and order number as payment reference. Please notify us of your payment by sending an email to [email protected]. Once the payment is confirmed by our accounting department, your order will be shipped immediately.

Credit / Debit Card

Timecentershop.gr accepts payments via credit, debit, and prepaid cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express.

All payments are processed securely through ALPHA Bank. During the payment process, you are automatically redirected to a secure server of ALPHA Bank, where your card details are entered and processed. All data is protected using SSL 128-bit encryption, ensuring maximum transaction security. The payment amount is authorized (reserved) upon order submission and charged upon invoicing. Your card details are never stored by timecentershop.gr and are used solely for the completion of the transaction via the bank’s secure system.

There are no additional charges for card payments.

Paypal

You can complete your payment through your personal PayPal account.

No additional fees apply when using PayPal.

Instant Payment / IRIS

You can complete your payment via the IRIS service using your mobile banking app quickly and easily, with no additional charges. IRIS allows you to transfer money directly from your bank account using the beneficiary’s Tax Identification Number (VAT number), without requiring an IBAN. After completing your payment, please send the payment confirmation to [email protected], including your full name and order number. Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and shipped immediately

Shipping & Delivery

Timecentershop.gr serves customers throughout Greece and internationally.

• All shipments within Greece are carried out in cooperation with the courier companies Geniki Taxydromiki, ACS, and Speedex.
• For orders over €50, shipping within Greece is free of charge.
• For orders below €50, a flat shipping fee of €6 applies, regardless of weight, location, or payment method.

Greece:

Once your order has been confirmed, shipping is carried out as follows:

• Attica Region: Shipping via courier. Delivery within 2–3 business days.
• Urban centers & major cities: Shipping via courier. Delivery within 2–3 business days.
• Remote areas: Collection from the nearest ACS, SPEEDEX or Geniki Taxydromiki branch. Delivery within 3–5 business days.

Important Notice:

Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the courier company and external conditions. Timecentershop.gr is not responsible for any delays caused by courier services.

In case your order cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure (e.g. adverse weather conditions, strikes, etc.), we will contact you in order to confirm whether you wish to proceed with the order. Additionally, for distances exceeding 20 km from cities where there is a branch of ACS, SPEEDEX or Geniki Taxydromiki, as well as for certain remote islands, additional charges may apply.

Cyprus:

Across Cyprus, for orders with any payment method (Cash on Delivery is not available), the shipping method is as follows:

• Shipping via courier (DHL / FedEx / TNT / Geniki Taxydromiki) with delivery within 1–5 business days. The shipping cost, regardless of weight, is €20.

INTERNATIONAL:

Orders from abroad are shipped via DHL Courier, FedEx and TNT.

• For countries within the European Union, the shipping cost is €30.
• For all countries outside the European Union, the shipping cost is €80.

For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties and import charges are borne entirely by the customer.
