TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE & PURCHASES 

of the Online Store www.timecentershop.gr 

1. Company Identity 

The online store www.timecentershop.gr is owned and operated by the sole proprietorship under the trade name “GEORGIOS KOUGIOUMTZOPOULOS OF POLYKARPOS”, headquartered at 16 Voulis Street, Postal Code 10563, Athens, Greece, with Tax Identification Number (TIN) 116293047, registered with the Tax Office KEFODE ATTIKIS, and registered with the General Commercial Registry (G.E.MI.) under registration number 127933201000.

2. Order Procedure – Formation of Contract 

The submission of an order through the online store and/or via telephone communication constitutes an offer by the consumer to enter into a sales contract. 

An order shall be deemed received by the online store upon the sending of a relevant informational email and/or upon the recording of the telephone order. 

The contract is concluded and becomes binding only upon the explicit acceptance of the order by the online store, which is carried out through telephone confirmation to the customer or, in any other case, through email confirmation. 

The online store reserves the right not to accept an order in cases including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in the stated price, or inability to verify the customer’s details. 

3. Prices and Payment 

All prices listed in the online store include the applicable Value Added Tax (VAT). 

Prices apply to available stock at the time of order placement and order confirmation. The store reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice; however, already confirmed orders shall not be affected. 

Products may be offered at reduced prices compared to the suggested retail prices of official distributors. 

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated during the completion of the order process. They are described in detail in a separate section of the online store.

4. Withdrawal Policy 

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason, by means of a clear statement (via email or telephone), within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2251/1994. 

In the event of withdrawal, the consumer shall bear only the direct cost of returning the products to the online store, unless otherwise agreed. 

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

5. Warranty and Liability for Defects 

The seller shall be liable for any lack of conformity of the products, in accordance with the provisions of Law 2251/1994, as amended, particularly in implementation of Directive (EU) 2019/771, as well as supplementarily pursuant to Articles 534 et seq. of the Greek Civil Code. 

The consumer is entitled, free of charge, to: 

• repair or replacement of the product, 

• price reduction or withdrawal from the contract, provided that the legal conditions are met. 

The statutory warranty is independent of any commercial warranties. 

Specific warranty terms applicable to each product are provided in a separate section.

6. Protection of Personal Data 

The online store fully complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable Greek legislation regarding the protection of personal data. 

Personal data are collected and processed exclusively for: 

• the performance of the order contract, 

• customer service purposes, 

• compliance with legal obligations. 

Data are not disclosed to third parties without a lawful basis. 

Personal data are retained for as long as necessary for the performance of the contract and compliance with the legal obligations of the online store, particularly for a period of up to five (5) years where required by tax legislation or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. 

The user retains all rights of access, rectification, erasure, and restriction of processing.

7. Limitation of Liability – Intellectual Property 

The online store makes every possible effort to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. However: 

• typographical, numerical, or illustrative errors may occur, 

• product photographs aim to depict the products as accurately as possible; however, minor deviations may occur due to technical display limitations, 

• product information and descriptions are prepared with particular care; however, accidental or unintentional errors may occur, which the store reserves the right to correct, without affecting already confirmed orders. 

The online store shall not be liable for any damage arising from the use of the website’s content, provided that such damage is not due to willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the online store. 

All website content (texts, images, logos, graphics, design) constitutes intellectual property of the online store or third-party partners and is protected under Greek and European legislation. 

Any reproduction, copying, or commercial exploitation without prior written permission is prohibited. 

The logo and distinctive sign www.timecentershop.gr constitute property of the online store. All other trademarks belong to their respective lawful owners. 

8. Third-Party Websites 

For the convenience of users, the online store www.timecentershop.gr may include links to third-party websites that are not controlled by it and are owned or managed by third parties. 

The content, services, and privacy policies of such websites are determined exclusively by their respective operators, for which www.timecentershop.gr bears no responsibility. 

Access to and use of such websites are carried out solely at the user’s own responsibility. 

9. User Obligations 

The user is required to provide true and accurate information during registration and when placing orders, and to notify the online store of any changes thereto. 

The online store shall not be liable for any issues arising from the provision of inaccurate or incomplete information by the user. 

In the event that the user provides personal data of third parties, the user declares that such persons have been informed about the processing of their data and that the user has secured the lawful basis for transmitting such data to the online store. 

Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms with regard to browsing and use of the website. For the completion of purchases, explicit acceptance of the Terms by the user during the ordering process is required. 

10. Applicable Law – Jurisdiction 

These Terms shall be governed by Greek Law and the Law of the European Union. 

www.timecentershop.gr reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of transactions at all times in accordance with Greek Law and the Law of the European Union and undertakes the obligation to update the present text regarding any amendment or addition to the terms. 

Any dispute arising from the use of the online store or from transactions conducted through it shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens. 

The consumer may also resort to alternative dispute resolution methods through competent bodies, such as, indicatively, the Hellenic Consumer Ombudsman.
