Products Warranty

Watch Warranty:

The warranty for all watches covers exclusively the movement and its duration is one (1), two (2), or up to seven (7) years, depending on the official brand distributor in Greece.

Smart Watches Warranty:

The warranty for Smart Watches is as follows:

Lee Cooper: 1-year warranty for the watch and 6 months for the battery

Timberland: 3-year warranty (battery not covered)

Police: 2-year warranty (battery not covered)

Water Resistance (ISO 2281):

The water resistance of watches is defined according to the ISO 2281 standard:

• 3 BAR / 30m / 3 ATM - Suitable for accidental contact with water (rain, humidity, sweat). Not suitable for swimming.
• 5 BAR / 50m / 5 ATM - Suitable for light water exposure (e.g. shower, light swimming). Not suitable for diving.
• 10 BAR / 100m / 10 ATM - Suitable for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports. Not suitable for diving.
• 20 or 30 BAR / 200 or 300m / 20 or 30 ATM - Suitable for intensive water use and water sports. Not suitable for professional diving.

Important Notes:

The warranty does not cover damage caused by use or improper handling, including but not limited to:

glass, bracelet, strap, case, crown, clasps, and push buttons.

After purchase, all warranty claims are handled by the official brand distributors in Greece.

Our store is not obligated to handle watch servicing; however, we may assist you for your convenience, without being able to guarantee the cost or completion time in advance.

For watches with a screw-down crown, it must always be properly secured. Otherwise, any resulting damage is not covered by the warranty.

Jewelry Warranty:

Jewelry items are covered by warranty as follows:

• 6 (six) months for plating-related issues
• 1 (one) month for breakage due to manufacturing defects
